We can make ice cream in 5 minutes!

Water turns to ice at 0 degrees
but ice cream needs to be COLDER!

How do we make ice colder ?

Writing down the temperatures
for boiling water, ice, and ice water..

Ice is 0 degrees.
But if we add SALT- it goes down to -15!!

Put the ziplock of milk and sugar
into the ziplock of salted ice...

"This salt goes into the bag of ice like this?"

Easy peasy!
Salt on the ice!

But we dont want a block of ice milk so.....

......we SHAKE IT!!!

And in only 5 minutes, it's time to eat!

WIth blueberries!!
